Giving Back

Good work doesn’t go on without support. I believe we are all called in some way to help. It may be through our time, our influence, our money or our possessions. I am committed to two organizations (see below). I will not share how much or even when I share my blessings with them. You may see me make efforts to raise funds for them. Please do not feel any obligation to join in these efforts. I believe God can inspire those he wants to help.

I am a strong supporter of Grace Bomb and The Semper Fi and America’s Fund

Grace Bomb

This movement was started through a sermon series by my home church’s former teaching pastor – Pat Linnell. Here is a bit about them from their website. “Grace Bomb is a movement of loving our neighbors with no strings attached as a reflection of Jesus’ love for us. We exist to equip churches across the United States through free resources that help their congregations grow in daily obedience to the Great Commission by loving their neighbors in unique and intentional ways.”

Semper Fi and America’s Fund

As a retired Marine and lifetime supporter of those who wrote a blank check to America for any cost up to and including their life, this organization is outstanding for fiscal responsibility and service to our warriors and their families. This is who they are.  “Semper Fi & America’s Fund is dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. We deliver the resources they need during recovery and transition back to their communities, working to ensure no one is left behind.”
